Job Description
Novawatch is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our existing customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their security needs, and presenting them with our portfolio of managed security services.
Responsibilities
The following responsibilities are essential to the role:
Business Development
- Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining relationships with prospective clients. Utilize sales CRM tools to track all activities, client details, and sales progress.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Develop innovative strategies to generate leads. Regularly attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to network and establish a wide range of contacts.
Client Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and C-level executives.
- Understand clients' specific security challenges and business objectives to recommend appropriate managed security services.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis and deliver presentations to articulate the value proposition of our managed security services.
Account management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure ongoing communication and support.
- Develop and deliver proposals and manage statements of work to clients.
- Continuously identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional security services.
Reporting and Forecasting
- Maintain accurate notes on sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to sales management.
- Understand and monitor market conditions and awareness to determine buyer intent.
Teaming and Collaboration
- Build and manage cross-functional team relationships.
- Attend Industry conferences to develop industry expertise and to establish relationships community with clients, customers, and partners.

Work Environment
This preferred location for this position is in Scottsdale, AZ, and ability to work from our modern office.

Education and Experience

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales or account executive
