Role: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist with a strong foundation in Oracle Identity Management (OIM) and Oracle Identity Governance (OIG). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Java and J2EE platform, Microservices architecture, and various web technologies. This role demands a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and delivering quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development: Perform development across the back-end, client side, and UI integration.
- Collaborate with Architects/Product Team: Understand functional challenges, prototype new ideas, and create innovative IAM solutions.
- Design and Development: Develop solutions following established frameworks, standards, and quality processes.
- Technical Impact Assessment: Evaluate the impact of functional requirement changes on technical design.
- Client Integration: Gain knowledge and control of client integration endpoints (live API's, batch, queue-based processing).
- Agile DevOps: Contribute and collaborate within a fast-paced Agile DevOps team, participating in all phases of the Agile methodology.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and suggest tools, technologies, and best practices for improving stability.
Required Qualifications - Experience:
- 5+ years with IAM tools such as OIM, OIG, SailPoint, or Okta.
- 8+ years in the JEE technology stack supporting database, server-side, front-end development, and CI/CD integration.
- 5+ years with Spring MVC/REST/Data/Boot/Cloud, WebServices (SOAP/REST).
- 2+ years in Microservices development using Spring Boot.
- 5+ years with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap).
- 2+ years in a Continuous Integration environment using Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP.
- Technical Skills:
- RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
- Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, JSON.
- Git, GitHub, Bit Bucket.
- Automated unit test frameworks (Junit, JMeter, Mockito).
- Google Cloud tools and environments.
- Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Entitlement Server (OES).
