We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our Digital Forensics Department. This role is critical in managing and nurturing client relationships, handling sales inquiries, and converting leads into clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and legal experience, preferably as a paralegal, with some knowledge or experience in technology, digital forensics, or cybersecurity. We aim to develop and grow our Digital Forensics department and desire to partner with Law Firms specifically. In light of this, someone with basic legal knowledge and litigation strategy is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on how Digital Forensics can assist them in their businesses and litigation proceedings.
- Handle incoming sales calls and inquiries from potential clients, providing expert guidance and converting leads into clients.
- Proactively make outbound calls to potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and nurture relationships to drive sales.
- Understand and effectively communicate the unique digital forensic services offered by Proven Data.
- Collaborate with the Senior Digital Forensics Analyst and Business Development Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most current information and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within a legal environment.
- Paralegal experience is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge or experience in technology, digital forensics, or cybersecurity is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
