We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented PandaDoc Specialist to join Red Cup IT, Inc. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PandaDoc, a document automation and eSignature platform, and will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing our document workflows. The PandaDoc Specialist will work closely with various departments to ensure that all documentation needs are met efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Creation and Management:
• Design, create, and manage templates and documents using PandaDoc.
• Ensure all documents are compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage document versions and maintain a repository of up-to-date documents.
Workflow Optimization:
• Analyze current document workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices to streamline document creation, approval, and distribution processes.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new workflows as needed.
Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to team members on the use of PandaDoc.
• Develop training materials and documentation to assist users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PandaDoc usage.
Integration and Automation:
• Integrate PandaDoc with other software systems and tools used by the company.
• Utilize PandaDoc’s API to automate document-related tasks.
Work with IT and development teams to implement custom solutions.
Reporting and Analytics:
• Monitor and report on document workflow performance and usage metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with PandaDoc or similar document automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of document management and workflow optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Experience with API integration and automation is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of electronic signature laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
