Job Description
Our client needs to assess the risk of the ongoing use of Akamai's edge security services and complete a cost/risk/operational impact analysis of moving to an alternative solution or maintaining incumbent technologies and/or services. The analysis needs to include the ongoing operational costs, including staffing resources, industry and peer comparison, and the potential for CDN performance loss post migration with consideration of the current and future infrastructure.
WWT proposes a discovery phase to determine requirements, concerns, challenges, and current architecture. A market scan will be performed to uncover industry peer and OEM insights. The costs and risk of current and alternative solutions will be assessed and estimated.
