Job Description:

As a Co-Founder/CTO, you will be responsible for leading the technological vision, strategy, and development of RiSource. You will work closely with the founder to build and scale our platform, bringing cutting-edge technology to the CRE industry. This role is ideal for a highly skilled developer with ties to Silicon Valley, a strong background from a leading tech hub university, and a passion for turning innovative ideas into reality.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the technical strategy for RiSource, aligning with our business goals.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of the RiSource platform, utilizing OCR, AI, and LLM technologies.
Build and manage a high-performing technical team.
Collaborate with the founder and other stakeholders to drive product innovation and growth.
Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the platform.
Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and integrate them into our solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CTO, senior engineer, or similar leadership role in a tech startup or innovative company.
Strong technical background with expertise in software development, AI, machine learning, and data processing.
Ties to Silicon Valley and a strong network within the tech community.
Degree in Computer Science or a related field from a leading tech hub university (e.g., Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley).
Experience with building and scaling applications, preferably in the SaaS or real estate tech space.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
A visionary mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
