As the Vice President of Health System Partnerships & Development at CareVox, you will play a key role in driving growth and forging strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector. Leveraging your extensive network and proven track record, you will lead efforts to position CareVox in major marketplaces, expand our health system partnerships, and drive the adoption of our innovative AI solutions. Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives to support hospital affiliations and strategic relationships, focusing on expanding existing partnerships and entering new marketplaces.
- Utilize your network and rolodex of customers to drive the adoption of CareVox's AI solutions within the healthcare sector.
- Manage and develop affiliate relationships, including the execution of affiliation implementation plans, design of new programs and services, stakeholder engagement, and milestone achievement.
- Work closely with key health system leaders and department chairs to advance partnership objectives and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify targeted service areas for growth, evaluate new business opportunities, define resource needs, and develop pro forma, budgets, and business plans.
- Collaborate with health system partners and affiliates to identify clinical needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for future growth and development.
- Support clinical leaders in managing issues arising from daily operations and work collaboratively on successful resolutions.
- Plan and coordinate staffing, fiscal, and material resources for partnership initiatives.
- Contribute to long-term strategies for business development, network development, and affiliation activities.
- Exercise executive decision-making authority to address issues and opportunities in inter-institutional relationships, reducing barriers and enhancing opportunities for comprehensive partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of healthcare experience servicing the academic medical center and health services/systems community.
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering full life cycle healthcare/system strategic plans and collaborating with key physician colleagues on strategic initiatives.
- Extensive network and rolodex of customers within the healthcare sector.
- Highly advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into impactful simplicity.
- Captivating storytelling skills and senior-level gravitas.
- Expert knowledge of healthcare strategy issues, principles, concepts, and strategies involved in successful strategic growth and business development.
- Expert critical-thinking and analytical skills to assess complex issues and develop solutions.
- Expert interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams, negotiate professionally, and collaborate productively on highly complex projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software and database applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
- Skills to interpret and convey sophisticated strategic, technical, and financial information clearly and concisely.
