Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven and technically savvy strategic accounts manager to manager our key accounts portfolio. Our business model is to sell to businesses who provide services to other businesses. We refer to our customers as our partners and you will be responsible for being pro-active about building up those relationships with our existing partners, implementing new programs that will increase revenue potential and minimize churn. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.
Ultimately, you will work directly with partners to be pro-active about helping solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they are an active account with us. You will also work closely with other employees to ensure partner questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. An outstanding strategic accounts manager will be someone whose customer-oriented approach and sales expertise result in increased profitability.
Responsibilities
Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies
Hold product demonstrations for customers
Improve onboarding processes
Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure
Mediate between clients and the organization
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
Minimize customer churn
Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions
Performing recordkeeping, as well as preparing sales forecasts and reports
Requirements:
Self-driven and proactive nature
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
Technical experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate leadership qualities
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
Previous experience with strategic or national accounts management
Experience in document creation
Patient and active listener
