About the Job
As a KOL Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with key influencers and opinion leaders to enhance our brand's presence and reach within the Web3 community. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, credibility, and engagement through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to cultivate long-term partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of KOLs, including their reach, engagement metrics, and past collaborations.
- Create and execute content plans, and conduct regular reviews of creative content on a monthly basis.
- Generate and deliver regular reports on campaign performance and Return on Investment (ROI) to the Marketing and Operation team.
- Deep understanding of multi-channel KOLs (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter (X), Discord, and Telegram)
- Monitor and optimize the performance of each KOL regularly, providing insights for future strategies.
- Collaborate closely with various departments, including marketing, operation, and community, to align influencer marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging content trends, tools, and social platform features, and leverage them to enhance KOL performance and structures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in KOL Management and running influencer marketing campaigns that hits the target and beyond.
- Understanding and knowledge about Web3 marketing and KOLs is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging social media content.
- Strong network of influencers with demonstrated account management skills; experience with gaming and WEB3 creators from developing countries is preferred.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
