Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist - Cybersecurity. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for helping secure new clients.
We're Looking For: A driven Business Development Specialist with a passion for cybersecurity and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing deals with potential clients, expanding our market reach, and contributing to our continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, research, and industry events.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking and nurturing leads through the entire sales cycle.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders at target organizations, understanding their cybersecurity needs and challenges.
- Solution Selling: Craft compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations that showcase the value and effectiveness of our cybersecurity services.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and service agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 1+ years of successful business development experience, preferably in the cybersecurity industry or a related field.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and industry regulations.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify leads, negotiate deals, and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Presentation Skills: Confidence in delivering impactful presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relationship Builder: A networker who thrives on building and maintaining professional relationships.

What We Offer: An hourly salary of $20 per hour for 4 hours per day with a bonus of $1500 for every closed contract.
