Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution: Identify and drive ICE Group's strategic objectives, leading the team in executing strategic plans to ensure sustained growth and profitability in global markets.
Business Development: Develop new business opportunities and markets, expand existing business lines, and drive revenue growth and diversification.
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate cross-functional teams including marketing, technology development, operations, and customer service teams, ensuring alignment with company's strategic and operational goals.
Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure company's operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, managing and mitigating market and operational risks.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies, representing ICE Group in industry and community activities to enhance the company's reputation and influence in global markets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive senior management experience in the financial services industry or related fields, particularly in exchange operations, data analytics, or financial technology.
- Exceptional leadership skills and strategic thinking, capable of leading teams to achieve strategic objectives in dynamic and competitive market environments.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to understand and address complex market challenges and business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, finance, business administration, or related fields preferred.
