Position Overview:
We're seeking a visionary Co-Founder and CTO to spearhead the development of our AI-driven digital health platform. You'll be instrumental in crafting a groundbreaking app that transforms the way teens engage with mental health treatment.
- Architecting the Future: Develop and execute a technology roadmap that leverages AI, machine learning, and advanced data analytics to create a highly personalized, effective, and scalable mental health platform.
- Product Innovation: Lead the design and development of a consumer-centric app that seamlessly integrates DBT modules, interactive exercises, and real-time feedback mechanisms.
- AI and Machine Learning: Build sophisticated AI models to power intelligent features such as personalized skill recommendations, emotion recognition, and predictive analytics to optimize treatment outcomes.
- Data Strategy: Oversee data engineering, ensuring secure data collection, storage, and analysis to derive actionable insights for product improvement and clinical research.
- Technology Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and agility.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in building scalable, consumer-facing digital health or related products.
- Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and data science with a strong emphasis on application in healthcare.
- Experience in designing and developing engaging, user-centric digital experiences.
- Passion for leveraging technology to improve mental health outcomes for adolescents.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Compensation and Commitment:
We are willing to discuss equal equity splits for a significant time commitment and are willing to provide a competitive compensation package as the company grows.
