Job Mission:
At Tech Guru, the mission of an IT Systems Engineer is to ensure robust, efficient, and secure IT infrastructure solutions for our diverse clientele. Leveraging over five years of experience, the Systems Engineer will be integral in designing, implementing, and supporting networking and server infrastructure. They will utilize their expertise, including CompTIA Infrastructure and MCSA certifications, to manage complex projects such as email tenant migrations to Microsoft 365 and building cloud-hosted server environments.
Key Role Objectives:
Design, Implement, and Support Infrastructure:
- Ensure robust networking and server infrastructure for diverse clients, leveraging expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.
Email Tenant Migrations:
- Complete seamless email tenant migrations to Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption for clients.
Cloud-Hosted Server Environments:
- Build and maintain cloud-hosted server environments, ensuring they operate smoothly and meet client needs.
Administrative Control Panels:
- Design, set up, and support various administrative control panels tailored to different client requirements.
Server and Networking Preparation:
- Meticulously prepare and configure servers and networking equipment for unique client environments.
Certifications and Knowledge Maintenance:
- Maintain current CompTIA Infrastructure and MCSA certifications and pursue ongoing professional development.
Client Communication and Support:
- Provide exceptional support by resolving issues and communicating effectively with clients of varying technical proficiencies.
Server Outage Resolution:
- Swiftly and independently address and resolve server outages to ensure clients’ systems operate at peak performance.

Certifications:
- You hold relevant certifications, including CompTIA Infrastructure and MCSA, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining industry standards and continuous learning.
Technical Skills:
- You have expertise in email tenant migrations to Microsoft 365, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal downtime.
- You have a proven track record in building and maintaining cloud-hosted server environments, leveraging your skills to create efficient and reliable solutions for clients.
- You can design, set up, and support a variety of administrative control panels, tailoring them to meet specific client needs.
- You are highly detail-oriented, meticulously preparing servers and networking equipment to cater to diverse environments.

Salary Range: $2,000 to $2,500 per month
