Job Title : Azure Data Security Specialist
Job Type : C2C
Experience : 6-12 years
Location : Jersey, New Jersey
Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of data security principles, practices, and tools.
- Extensive experience with Azure security tools, including but not limited to Azure Security Center and Azure Key Vault.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and risk management practices.
- Experience with database management and security, particularly in the Azure environment.
- Proficient in conducting security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Azure certifications such as Azure Security Engineer Associate or similar.
- Experience in managing data security in large-scale cloud environments.
- Familiarity with security in multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce data security policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, and others as applicable.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, threats, and technologies in data security and apply this knowledge to enhance the company’s security posture.
- Respond to data security incidents and lead the investigation and resolution efforts.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
