Position Overview:
We are looking for an IT Allrounder who will be responsible for managing a variety of IT tasks within our organization. This role involves Windows administration, setting up hardware and software for new employees, and addressing a wide range of IT-related topics. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a broad knowledge of IT systems and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Windows Administration: Manage and maintain all Windows systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- New Employee Setup: Oversee the installation and configuration of hardware and software for new staff members, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Hardware and Software Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, printers, and other peripherals.
- IT Support: Provide comprehensive IT support across the organization, assisting with a wide range of technology-related queries and issues.
- Network Management: Assist in maintaining and optimizing the company’s network infrastructure.
- Data Security: Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT systems and processes, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Proven experience in IT support or administration, particularly with Windows systems.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
