We are looking for a highly motivated solutions sales professional to drive continued growth in our successful cyber security business.
Your mission will be two fold 1) grow our security solutions sales with current customers and 2) qualify and develop new prospects. Your focus and success will hinge on proactively expanding business with current customersand adding new strategic customers. It is a combined Sales and BDR (business Development) role.
Key focus areas include:
· Engaging current customers with strategic discussions that define their security profile and define a mutual contract that charts our future growing business with these customers.
· Transactional sales efforts to define, quote and close define business opportunities.
· Prospecting for new business or handing sales leads.
This sales position is mostly inside sales (phone, web meetings, email, LinkedIn).

Objectives
- Strategic discussions with all customers and prospects to mutually define customer security profiles and future working relationship contracts (Opportunity size, and how we will work together)
- Prioritize customers based upon strategic discussion outcomes
- Proactively generate new opportunities by regularly calling current customers, leads, and prospects, leveraging customer opportunity roadmaps defined in strategic discussions
- Convert Leads into long term strategic solutions customers
- Position eSecurity Solutions as a security expert and trusted adviser
- Platform sales: Develop customers into broad product & service based solutions customers (Up-sell and cross-sell)
- Manage Customer license, support and contract renewals
- Evangelized sales of advanced compliance level security solutions (including risk Assessments, 24x7 managed security services, and security products)

- Intelligent hard working selling that leverages our sales methods and top selling methods like Sandler Sales, and Challenger
- History of successful deep discovery level selling
- Success prospecting for and qualifying new customers

- Experience selling IT or cyber security solutions (services and products)

- Use of direct marketing to nurture customer/prospect base
- Strong closing skills
- Strong computer and software application skills to effectively generate quotes, track and manage customers and prospects in a CRM system.
- Thoroughly documents all facets of customer interaction in CRM system (Strategy, discussions, opportunities…)
