Key Responsibilities:- Prospect, hunt, and close new business with a relentless focus on building a pipeline of new clients in need of managed IT services.
- Develop a deep understanding of Benchmark Network Solutions' offerings, including network management, cloud services, cybersecurity, and other IT solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle – from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their unique business needs and positioning our services as the ideal solution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (IT, support, and leadership) to ensure successful delivery of services and high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving consistent revenue growth.
Qualifications:- Proven track record of success as a sales hunter in the IT services, MSP, or technology solutions industry.
- Excellent prospecting skills with a hunter mentality – you thrive in finding new business and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of managed services (MSP) including IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions.
