Senior Manager – Enterprise Applications (Tools & Collaboration)

As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications (Tools & Collaboration), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital workplace. The role is a member of the IT management team and works closely with business unit management and key personnel to identify and prioritize key initiatives, ensure those initiatives are completed in a practical, expedient manner and ensures the delivery of high-quality day to day support levels. The manager is expected to be an effective communicator, collaborator and change agent and possess the appropriate business and technology acumen to meet or exceed the needs of the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage diverse teams supporting platforms which include ITSM tools (Ivanti, Cherwell, ServiceNow), Development tools and code repositories (Atlassian, GitHub, etc.) as well as collaboration products (M365, Zoom, O365, Teams, Slack, etc.)
- Manage a team of highly skilled developers, engineers and administrators including administrative duties such as project prioritization, monitoring task orders/costs, performance reviews, and the ability to manage the team’s performance.
- Develop and manage a budget by allocating resources effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment for technology initiatives.
- Deep technical understanding of code repositories, ITSM tools and collaboration suites including M365, Slack, Zoom, and enterprise telephony.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise applications.
- Deep understanding and use of data, reporting and dashboard services to guide service metrics, staffing and SLAs.
- Lead a team of support specialists in providing user training, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal user experience.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with multiple levels of leadership, focused on change management, business impact and supporting metrics to drive collaborative efforts.
- Adhere to established internal procedures, policies and guidelines with the ability to document using ITIL and ISO complaint formats.
- Provide guidance and assistance to team and act as an escalation point on complex technical issues.
Minimum Requirements
Must be a US Citizen.
Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
BS in technical field, or equivalent experience with an IT Leadership background spanning 15+ years.
Thorough knowledge of Enterprise applications, collaboration suites and/or similar services
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Open to some travel adventures.
Understanding of current workplace technology trends and best practices.
Strong business partnering and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated leadership in planning/delivering technology projects/services in an enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Standard Enterprise Asset Management policies/procedures
- Experience in Enterprise IT Security Standards, Policies and Procedures
- Ability to work as a team member across multiple business units.

To accommodate all locations, we have listed the bottom to the top of the possible range, and will share the target range for a specific location during the recruiting discussion. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidates unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:
$116,000.00 - $247,000.00 annually.

Additionally, this position is incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
