We are seeking an IT Helpdesk to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Azure Cloud services.
- Document and update knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.
- Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with other Microsoft cloud services, such as Microsoft 365 (Intune/Entra ID) and Azure.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience with ITIL Framework and ticketing systems is a plus.
Desired Education:
- BS or higher in a technical discipline. Exceptions considered for candidates with strong industry experience
- Industry certifications
- Relevant certifications in Azure Cloud (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Fundamentals) are highly desirable.
