Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a diverse group of district managers and regional directors to ensure exceptional service delivery within your region.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients across all levels, guaranteeing community satisfaction, budget adherence, and top-tier service.
- Maintain consistent communication with peers to share best practices, address risks, and enhance community engagement.
- Set an inclusive and positive organizational culture within your region by prioritizing transparency, accountability, and personnel development.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on regional and division initiatives to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Champion talent development through effective performance evaluations and strategic succession planning, while fostering a deep understanding of operational roles.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution, with a minimum of ten (10+) years of progressive experience in multi-unit food service or hospitality management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing operations with a volume of $200M or greater and a strong background in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successful business growth and innovation.
- Prior experience in independent school dining and boarding is highly advantageous.
