To maintain security by review of rules/objects and policies
To maintain and continuously satisfy PCI compliance
To maintain strict segmentation/micro segmentation
To work with Network team for new acquisition and merger scenarios
To work with Security Architects to critique and improve current network security posture
To maintain efficiency via continuous optimization of firewalls, using tools like Firemon to remove unused policies/rules.
To work with SOC team to ensure right kind of PAN Threat and Policy alerts are ingested and acted upon.
