We are looking for a Help Desk Manager to join a dynamic team for a leading MSP in Manhattan! You will be working in a fast paced, detail orientated environment, with a team of dynamic individuals.
Responsibilities
- You will manage the service desk team's daily activities.
- You will function as the customer's escalated point of contact for problems that have been escalated by the team.
- You will manage the process of implementing change efficiently and effectively.
Key Requirements
- MSP experience is preferred.
- You will need previous management experience.
- You will need good communication skills.
- You will need experience in leading people and getting results with a strong customer orientation.
