You would be working in a prestigious IT Company who provided IT Solutions to businesses for over a decade. This company pushes its core values and culture into everything they do to enable the company and most importantly the employees to grow.
They are looking to hire an IT Helpdesk Manager to manage their Level 2 Engineers and oversee their performance. You will be the communicator between customer and client, ensuring all their needs have been met to a high standard. This role will be largely client-facing and will require frequent interaction with executives, junior engineers, and vendors.
Experienced desired:
- Previous project management experience
- Experience managing a team of engineers or acting as a lead
- Previous experience being technically hands-on with Office365, Windows Servers and AD
- Previous MSP Experience is desired
- Excellent customer service skills
- The desire to deliver quality results
