TPI is seeking a dynamic and motivated
Director of Sales & New Business to join our team, at our location in Las Vegas, NV.
Position Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, creating new business opportunities, and establishing strong relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to meeting sales targets, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The job calls for travel up to 8 days per month and hosting groups, tours and events at our prodcution facility in Las Vegas, NV.

Essential Functions
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine the sales strategy.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system (sales force)
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and other industry-related events to expand your network.
- Host customers at events (approx 2x per year), tours (approx 12x per year) and dinners (approx 6x per year)
Requirements
- Proven track record in a sales or business development role in the Casino industry AND/OR Printing industry, with direct mail specifically
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Preferred Education And Experience
- 2 year degree in related field preferred.
- 5 years related experience.
Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role; however, some standing and walking is required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but the schedule varies and requires flexibility to work as needed throughout the evenings and weekends. Typically, 40-60 hours per week.
Travel: Travel up to 8 nights per month to visit new and current customers, with an average 4 nights per month. Additional travel as needed to meet business needs and for training purposes.
