Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage robust cloud infrastructure solutions with a focus on AWS EKS (90% of our environment).
- Build and deploy infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and manage CI/CD pipelines via GitLab.
- Core AWS services experience in VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, and EKS is essential.
- Support cloud-based applications, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security standards.
- Develop and enforce best practices for cloud infrastructure and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive infrastructure strategy.
- Support deployment and post-deployment activities for cloud solutions as on-prem resources transition to AWS.
- Collaborate with our Enterprise Architect team to translate business needs into scalable infrastructure solutions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in IT with 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, including virtualization, networking, server, and storage.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with AWS EKS.
- Strong experience with DevOps, SDLC, containers, microservices, and API design.
- Knowledge of cloud service models: IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Proficiency with Terraform and GitLab for IaC and CI/CD.
- Understanding of cloud orchestration, monitoring technologies, and multi-cloud experience with AWS and GCP.
- Additional knowledge in ITSM, IT operations, and programming skills is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for conveying complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

- Must be comfortable relocating to Las Vegas to be part of our growing, innovative team.
