What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities to ensure adherence to security standards and regulations
- Support the Cyber Risk and Compliance Manager in planning and executing compliance activities
- Assist in developing and maintaining a GRC solution and process across the organization
- Provide technical consultation to ensure compliance with enterprise information security policies
- Participate in site-specific meetings and contribute to the development of strategic planning initiatives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in Information Services, including one (1) year in information security
- Working knowledge of information security regulations and frameworks such as HIPAA and NIST
- Experience with administrative and technical assessments for organizational compliance
- Must be team-oriented and possess a high level of initiative and self-motivation
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge and experience with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS)
- Familiarity with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions and processes
- Experience in compliance testing activities and documentation
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
