Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all IT-related security and safety issues within the company
- Adapting systems and policies which are developed by HQ
- Overseeing the implementation of procedures to secure company data and educating other employees in security awareness and procedures
- Ensures that all of their company's data is kept secure and accessible.
- Analyze any possible vulnerabilities and monitor any unusual activity and take measures to prevent or mitigate breaches, and configure and support security tools such as firewalls, anti-virus software, patch management systems.
- PC Plus administration: end user support and policy management
- Responsible for the Troy Office access control and CCTV systems
- Create new hire access cards, issue and manage visitor passes, deactivate separated employee access cards, produce log files for internal reports and audit/legal purposes, coordinate repair/replacements/new installations
- Create/modify/terminate system accounts (X-ID) for tenant group access card and Security Portal use
- Responsible for maintaining secure office environment by coordinating data (document and digital) destruction and collaborating with Building Operations for installation of new doors/readers/cameras
- Responsible for producing physical security and PC Plus portions of the monthly global security audit
- Oversees and maintains all aspects of a company’s computer infrastructure, including setting up, updating, and maintaining networks, servers and PCs. These tasks are performed in conjunction with IT Helpdesk personnel
- Implements systems aimed toward preventing malware infections of company computer hardware
- Maintenance and upkeep on all of the video conference equipment and LG signage display Infrastructure at LGEVU Office.
- Provide end user support and coordinate local event testing/setup/support
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT OR equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience and knowledge in IT
- Ability to work on-site daily
- Bilingual in both English and Korean
