What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting their clients in the NYC area and a team of professionals
- Working with clients in-person and remotely to solve day to day issues
- Performing systems and server installations and setups
What You Should Have
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator/Technical Support Engineer/IT Technician
- 2+ years of people management experience
- 2+ years of experience with an IT Managed Services Provider
Expertise
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016 / 2019
- Working experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Microsoft Exchange / Office 365
- VMware ESX
- Mobile Devices
- Firewall, Routing and Switching devices
