We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Information Security Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess over a decade of experience in IT and information security, with a strong background in various security frameworks, especially NIST. This leadership role requires extensive experience in managing large, matrixed organizations, and a proven track record in developing and maintaining effective security policies, procedures, and controls.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security or cyber security, with at least 5 years of exposure to security frameworks such as NIST.
- At least 5 years of managerial, team leadership, or supervisory experience in large, matrixed organizations.
- Extensive experience in policies/procedures, application design, information analysis and reporting, networking and systems integration, security control, audits, risk analysis, and disaster recovery.
- Proven ability to supervise staff, including performance appraisals, coaching, training, development, and performance management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey security and risk concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
