Role Description
We are seeking a talented Linux DevOps Engineer to join our team full-time. As a Linux DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage scalable solutions. This is a remote role that requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, great communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. Due to contractual requirements, we can only accept U.S. citizens, who are based in the United States.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Linux server administration and troubleshooting
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux experience, strong preference for RHCSA
- Red Hat OpenShift experience a plus
- In-depth experience with configuration automation using Ansible
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Knowledge of networking protocols and security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
