About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst in Cybersecurity will serve in a supporting role on the Governance and Information Protection Team. This role will collaborate and partner with the ISE assessor team, CIO organizations as well as technology teams to ensure compliance to enterprise policies through the tracking and remediation efforts to address findings generated from asset assessments. As a Lead Information Security Analyst, you will be part of a team of cyber professionals that share a passion for cyber risk management and resolving cyber related challenges that exist in our application environments.
In This Role, You Will
- Provide context to technical and operational issues that are identified and generated through our Information Security Evaluation Program, proactively anticipating risks, and providing guidance to existing enterprise solutions or partnering teams to address challenges. Consult the organization on complex security issues and findings.
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives as aligned with our EPIC goals.
- Utilize independent judgment to guide technology teams through the effective use of different enterprise programs available to resolve and monitor identified high and moderate risks through their resolution.
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing business aligned risks.
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for their supported CIO organization.
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.
- Provide work direction and guidance to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
- Apply a deep understanding of Information Technology and Cybersecurity domains.
- Collaborate and influence throughout all levels including more experienced managers.
- Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making regarding information security.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent as demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or equivalent Information Security/Cyber Security experience
- Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001/27002, PCI DSS, COBIT, NIST, GLBA, GDPR
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of information security domains and possesses a well-rounded technical background. Knowledge of operational risk, IT processes and systems
- Certifications are a plus: CISSP, CISA, CRISC
- Well versed experience and knowledge across the cybersecurity domains
- Demonstrate clear, articulate written and verbal communication.
Job Expectations:
- Travel up to 10% of the time
- This is not a remote position. Candidates are required to work in the office three (3) days per week at the specified location

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
