Job Title: Cybersecurity Manager
Location: Plano, TX (100% onsite)
The Cybersecurity Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the cybersecurity infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the cybersecurity engineering team.
- Design, implementation, and management of ZTNA to enhance our cybersecurity posture.
- Develop and enforce Zero Trust principles across the organization, ensuring continuous authentication and authorization of all devices and users.
- Oversee the configuration and optimization of SIEM systems to effectively monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents.
- Optimize and maintain IDS/IPS systems to safeguard networks, both on prem and cloud.
- Manage the deployment and maintenance of WAF, to protect web applications against common web-based threats and bots.
- Oversee and manage PAM technologies to ensure secure and controlled access to critical system.
- Implement and manage external attack surface monitoring solutions to identify and mitigate potential threats before they impact the organization.
- Develop and maintain both structured and unstructured data classification and retention policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and develop remediation plans.
- Create and maintain detailed architecture diagrams and documentation of configurations for all cybersecurity solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in cybersecurity leadership, with a focus on engineering and architecture.
- Experience designing and implementing Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA).
- Proficiency in building architecture diagrams and documenting configurations.
- 4+ years of Network security experience – Firewalls, IDS/IPS etc.
- 4+ years of Web Application Firewall (WAF) experience.
- 2 years working knowledge Cloud security (AWS, Azure) architecture, environment, experience.
- Working knowledge of PAM technologies
- In-depth understanding of application security principles and tools, secure coding practices, and common vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards such as SOX, PCI DSS, CCPA, NIST
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
