We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Enablement Specialist to support our sales team in achieving outstanding performance and driving revenue growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales and channel leadership, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to develop and implement enablement programs that enhance sales effectiveness, enable our partners, streamline processes, and improve overall productivity.
As a key partner to the sales organization, you will deliver impactful training, resources, and tools that empower our salesforce and partner community to exceed their targets and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Deliver Sales Enablement Programs:
- Design and implement enablement strategies that align with company goals and sales priorities.
- Create, deliver, and manage employees and partners onboarding programs, ongoing training, and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content, presentations, playbooks, and best practices.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and maintain sales and partner enablement materials such as guides, competitive analyses, sales scripts, and case studies.
- Ensure all content is up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible.
- Sales Coaching and Training:
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and facilitate workshops to improve sales team skills in areas such as presentation, demo, negotiation, objection handling, product knowledge, and sales methodologies.
- Identify individual and team training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Metrics and Performance Improvement:
- Track and analyze key sales performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of enablement initiatives.
- Continuously gather feedback to refine programs and ensure they address current challenges.
- Provide recommendations to improve enablement processes and productivity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between sales, channel, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with the regional leadership to ensure enablement programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of different regions, verticals, and teams.
- Sales Tools and Technology:
- Implement and manage sales enablement tools.
- Train the team on the effective use of these tools and ensure they are fully leveraged.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related sales role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing sales enablement strategies that drive results.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in tech or SaaS industries.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve sales performance.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience in cybersecurity, tech, or SaaS industries.
