We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Director of UX and Content Engineering to join our Security Data and Governance team within the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) Organization. This role is crucial in enhancing our user experience design and engineering practices to ensure the protection and integrity of our data assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, engineering fundamentals, and a passion for driving security initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, content creation, and architecture for our suite of connected products and services within the CISO Organization. Be able to present/visualize an easy-to-consume and comprehensive story of our services and products and how they connect in our ecosystem is key for the success of this role.
- Oversee design reviews and content creation of content for the CISO Organization. - Lead the development and enablement of content creation for technical prototypes, tools, reporting, presentations and user interface. - Design, prototype and guide the creation of user based analytical content to facilitate the speed and ease of comprehension and synthesis of large-scale data sets.
- Set context for senior leadership and guide communication and feature designs for our suite of internal products and services.
- Lead collaboration with multiple disciplines to define UI and content creation for our senior leadership and our overall organization.
- Communicate a compelling, convincing story to a variety of audiences to inspire excitement and support for our operations.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 9+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 7+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience presenting to executive level stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of UX design principles, engineering fundamentals, and industry standards.
- 8+ years of experience designing content for a highly analytical / data focused application
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in UX design or related fields.
- Experience with Cybersecurity.
Product Design IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $161,600 - $286,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $209,600 - $314,400 per year.
