Job Title: Network Engineer III

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Network Engineer III to join our Implementation and Operations (I&O) Team in Charlotte. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with advanced network technologies and contribute to key operational and provisioning tasks. As part of this team, you’ll handle live equipment, manage critical network configurations, and troubleshoot a variety of complex networking challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute tasks based on Method of Procedure (MOPs) to carry out complex provisioning on live network equipment, including the potential for service outages.
- Perform circuit grooming, card swaps, and software updates.
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime and service interruptions.
- Work with high-end networking equipment, including Juniper MX960, Cisco ASR9000, and Cisco ME3400.
Qualifications
- Must have experience working for an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or network carrier.
- Experience in Spectrum/Charter networks is a significant plus.
- Certifications required: CCNA or JNCIA minimum.
- Preferred certifications: CCNP or JNCP for advanced knowledge.
