Project Manager

Position Overview: The Enterprise Asset Management Project Manager will lead various projects focused on Governance, Process, and technical deliverables across the enterprise. This role requires collaboration with team members from different departments to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple Enterprise Asset Management projects, ensuring alignment with Client's IT Project Management Community of Practice policies and guidelines.
- Utilize standard project management tools and processes to oversee project teams and ensure deliverables are met within committed timelines.
- Provide weekly and monthly status reports to the Project Sponsor and stakeholders, highlighting progress and any challenges.
- Manage resource time effectively, ensuring team accountability for task completion.
- Identify project opportunities, tasks, and roadblocks during regular meetings with project teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Sponsor to address any roadblocks and ensure on-time project completion.
Candidate Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven project management experience.
- A degree is not required, but candidates must have substantial experience in project management.
Technical Skills:
- Required: Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, DevOps, Loop, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Desired: Familiarity with Co-Pilot, Flexera, Service Now CMDB, Axonius/Snowflake DL (user only).

Compensation
This is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position $45 - $50 (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
