JOB SUMMARY FOR PROJECT MANAGER:
- This position will be responsible to lead various Enterprise Asset Management projects with team members from across the enterprise.
- The projects include Governance, Process, and technical deliverables and have varying degrees of complexity
- Location: East Peoria, IL
- Schedule: Hybrid work model, 3x days a week
- Pay range:$45-$59/hr depending on experience and benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PROJECT MANAGER:
- Manage project teams to ensure deliverables are met per committed timeline
- Provide Weekly / Monthly report out to Project Sponsor, Stakeholders
- Meet with project team, identify opportunities, tasks and roadblocks.
- Meet with Project Sponsor (weekly) and Stakeholders (monthly)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR PROJECT MANAGER:
- PMP Certification is preferred
- 5 years proven project management experience
- NO degree required, but MUST have at minimum 5 years experience in project mgmt.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT MANAGER:
- Project management tools (MS Project, DevOps, Loop, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Co-Pilot, Flexera, Service Now CMDB, Axonius / Snowflake DL (user only)
- Strong Communication
- Ability to manage complex projects from both a technical and process perspective
- Ability to mitigate conflict
