Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Operations & support work including customer and internally reported issues; ongoing monitoring & observability work, and support of dealer and customer-facing business tools; team project management within the Azure DevOps tool
Typical task breakdown:
- Working escalated tickets from level 1 teams, including via customers
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelors Degree or Masters degree with 5+ years experience
- Associates degree 7+ years experience
