We are hiring an IT Manager to join our client's team. This person will responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure and providing technical support to the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and end-user support. The IT Manager will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, provide technical assistance, and maintain a secure computing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT support with external vendors.
- Develop and implement an efficient onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices.
- Support implementation sites with hardware and network setup.
- Manage user and license administration for IT systems.
- Oversee data backup procedures.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and hardware.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft operating systems, Office applications, and networking.
- Experience with NetSuite administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
