What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive success through initial customer kickoff and provide a supportive leave of absence experience
- Manage, communicate, and update all stages of a leave using various tools

- Utilize various methods of communication, including phone calls, emails, and video chats
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in customer interactions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to collaborate comfortably with diverse parties
- Experience in managing leave of absence processes is preferred

- Previous experience in customer service or human resources
- Familiarity with leave of absence policies and procedures
- Experience using communication tools for remote interaction
